The advanced fetal cardiac program at RCHI is unique and it is the only centre in the country offers fetal cardiac procedures for selected cases in the womb. The advanced fetal cardiac program is equipped with 4D live fetal echocardiography with quantification. We offer complete fetal cardiac diagnosis and counselling. Genetic testing may be done in selected complex cases.

Fetus with rhythm disturbance (high heart rate and low heart rate) will be treated in-utero. Selected cases with valvular obstruction will be treated before birth. Critical aortic stenosis and pulmonary atresia with intact septum may be benefitted with in-utero fetal cardiac intervention.
